It’s very disappointing that Motorola will never release an official Android update after Marshmallow for this beautiful phone. The main reason behind this might be the hardware incompatibility of this handset. But besides that, there are many alternative ways for experiencing the latest Android updates. Recently Google introduced the all-new Android v8.0 Oreo by releasing it for Pixel and Nexus smartphones. This new update comes with many new improvements in the overall UI as well as performance enhancements. Unfortunately, Moto G2 users will not be able to enjoy this new flavor on their device. This is absolutely great news for the Moto G2 users as they can now proudly show that even their device is capable of running the latest Android OS.
