How to logout of Twitter on Android: Step one
Open the twitter app and select the options button. (This is the icon that is three vertical dots, located in the top right of the screen). From here you will be given two further options, select Accounts.

Now that you are in the settings for a specific account, you simply need to scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the Sign out button.
It’s as simple as that.
