Where to buy the Honor 9A?
Honor actually first unveiled the Honor 9A, 9C and 9S for the Russian market at the end of April, with the 23 June event serving as the 9A’s global launch platform. The stream closed out with Honor’s CEO, George Zhao confirming the phone’s arrival across ten new markets globally, including France and Germany, starting this month (June).
Which features does the Honor 9A offer?
As with previous A-branded Honors, the 9A is an affordable offering with relatively humble specs, accompanied by a modest price tag. The phone’s main hook is a sizeable 5000mAh battery, which paired with the conservative internals should yield impressive longevity. The rear triple-camera arrangement is also a highlight, toting a pleasing amount of versatility in the budget phone space. It’s headed up by a 13Mp main wide-angle sensor and supplemented by a 5Mp ultrawide-angle snapper, while a 2Mp depth sensor rounds out the experience. Here’s full spec sheet for the Honor 9A:

How much will the Honor 9A cost?
Based on the existing Russian pricing, the Honor 9A was expected to come in at around the £130/€140 mark. Following the launch, official pricing of £129.99/€149 was established – so our estimations weren’t far off.
